The Company's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the date the claim arose, or ₱50,000, whichever is the lesser.
A player may close their 55g.com account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure at the player's request, any real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
The Company may suspend or permanently terminate a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
